Location & Fees

We are located in the Miramar Center, at the junction of San Jose Boulevard and Hendricks Avenue, in a neighborhood north of University Boulevard and south of Atlantic Boulevard.  The hospital is located next to the back door of the Players Grill.

Appointments are scheduled between 9:00 AM and noon,  to be resumed at 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM.  From noon until 3:00 PM we perform our anesthetic procedures.  Daytime emergencies are given top-priority.

We make every effort to offer fees that are fair and reasonable. Written estimates can be provided if needed, and our staff doctors are happy to discuss charges with you. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash and checks. Payment is due when services are rendered.
